Refund policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in good condition, and returned in their original packaging where possible. Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the request. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
If the return is due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear evidence so we can resolve the issue.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
